About the Role

Reporting to the Superintendent Training, you will partner with operational sites across Australia to deploy training systems, support capability initiatives and drive consistent training practices across the business. This is a highly collaborative role suited to someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems and turning training requirements into practical, fit-for-purpose solutions.

• Location:Macmahon Head Office – Perth (Near T2) 
• Roster: 5:2 Monday to Friday

Responsibilities

• Support the rollout, implementation and optimisation of training systems across Macmahon operations.
• Partner with site leaders and training teams to improve capability outcomes.
• Deliver workshops, coaching and training sessions for operational personnel.
• Develop practical learning resources, guides and support materials.
• Support workforce competency, compliance and capability reporting requirements.
• Assist with learning system administration, data integrity and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to business improvement projects, system enhancements and change initiatives.
• Travel to operational sites to provide hands-on support and stakeholder engagement.

What You’ll Bring  

• Experience delivering training within operational, industrial, mining or heavy industry environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience working with Learning Management Systems and digital training platforms.
• Experience with Cloud Assess, SuccessFactors LMS or Articulate.
• Strong facilitation, coaching and problem-solving capability.
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Sound Microsoft Office skills.
• Willingness to travel to operational sites as required.

Highly Regarded

• Mining or resources industry experience.
• Experience implementing training systems or capability programs.
• Knowledge of competency-based training and assessment.
• Project management or business improvement experience.
