Trainer - Production

Job Responsibilities

Join Tropicana as a Production Trainer to coordinate operational training and ensure compliance with standards and policies.

About the role
 

• 8:6 roster
• Develop, monitor and maintain proficiency for operation of equipment.
• Undertake field observations for performance of personnel operating procedures.
• Stay up-to-date and skilled in your operations, either independently or with a mentor/expert.
• Ensure compliance of training forecast/schedule and allocated training requirements.
• Support training of other site departments as required.

About you

• Current Cert IV Training and Assessment.
• Minimum 5 years in a Mining/Training/Assessor role.
• Current Australian C Class Driver’s Licence (manual).
• Skilled in operating haul trucks, loaders, and other essential equipment.
• Cert IV Work, Health and Safety (desirable).
