Superintendent - Maintenance
Join the Boston Shaker Underground mine team as an Superintendent-Maintenance and be responsible for overseeing and managing maintenance activities related to equipment and machinery used in the mining operations.

Roles & responsibilities not limited to:
• Ensuring a safe workplace is maintained and personnel are trained/competent
• Ensuring safe work procedures and practises are in place and adhered to
• Supervising and coordinating the mobile maintenance activities on site
• Ensuring adherence to maintenance plans, budgets and the availability and reliability of equipment on site
• Providing strategic direction on mobile equipment maintenance strategies and improvement initiatives
• Ensuring compliance with business processes and work is planned and scheduled
• Developing and mentoring of Maintenance personnel
• Ensuring the Stores function optimises spare parts and repairables to meet forward workload
• Ensuring adequate resources are consistently available to meet business requirements

About you
• Has a strong commitment to safety and excellent communication skills across all levels
• Has relevant Austrralian recognised trade/ engineering qualifications (ideally HD Fitting)
• The ability to build and develop capability within a high performing team
• Previous senior leadership experience within an open cut, mining environment
• Strong background in heavy mobile maintenance and equipment lifecycle/strategies
• Demonstrated experience working in a remote location
