Macmahon Maintenance Masters provides labour support to Macmahon’s surface and underground mining operations. The team is composed of experienced tradespeople and is suited to someone who is technically experienced, confident in their abilities and excited by the prospect of a new challenge every day! 


Macmahon Maintenance Masters are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join the team; lead and drive the team to success!


About the role
•    Tropicana mine site 
•    FIFO from Perth 
•    Roster: 8D6X7N7X 
•    $90 - $95 an hour (casual)


About you
•    Proven experience in a Maintenance Supervisor role
•    Experience leading large maintenance teams in workshop & field environments 
•    Sound surface equipment knowledge - CAT & Hitachi 250t - 600t excavators, CAT 793 Trucks, CAT Ancil equipment 
•    Good decision-making skills, ability to prioritise work and multitask 
•    Experience leading, coaching and developing a team 
•    Safety focused, excellent attitude & interpersonal skills
•    Computer literacy – Basic MS Office 
•    SAP 4HANA / Other CMMS experience
