Macmahon is currently seeking experienced Maintenance Leading Hand who is responsible for identifying parts and materials required for daily maintenance activities and leading maintenance and rebuild practices as well as the condition of the workplace to company and industry standards
About the role
FIFO from Perth
2:1 day/night roster
7% market uplift allowance - paid quarterly
To be successful in this position you will ideally have
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Leading Hand Fitter
• Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably within mine site environment;
• Extensive experience working on a range of heavy duty mobile equipment, including:
• Excavators: CAT 6060, CAT 6040 & Hitachi 5600
• Dozers: CAT D10 & D11
• Loaders: CAT 992 & CAT 993
• Graders: CAT 16M & CAT 24M
• Dump Trucks: CAT 793
• Drills: CAT 6240, CAT 6250, SANDVIK DR560 & SANDVIK DR580
• Exceptional diagnostic and fault finding skills;
• Great interpersonal and communication skills;
• High level of computer literacy;
Qualifications:
• Current Drivers Licence (manual)
• Australian Recognised Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanic Trade Certificate;
• Cert IV in Frontline Management (preferred)
