Job Responsibilities
Become an FMS Controller at Tropicana!
We’re seeking a talented FMS Controller to join our Tropicana team on an 8 days on, 6 days off, 7 nights on, 7 days off roster. You’ll be responsible for the safe and efficient management of our mining fleet, driving towards Mine Plan objectives using the MineStar system and other advanced tools. Collaborate closely with the Production Supervisor and site clients, aiding their decision-making and optimizing fleet performance with the MineStar system.
About you
- Deep understanding of mine workplace safety requirements and procedures.
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience with Fleet Management systems like MineStar.
- Minimum 1 years’ general open pit mining operations experience.
- Proficient in basic computing systems and programs.
- Sound analytical skills.
- More than 3 years’ experience in heavy equipment operations.
