Role Details 

• Location: Telfer, Western Australia 
• Roster: 2:1, day shift and night shift 
• Rate: based on experience

About the Role  

Operate Trucks: Caterpillar 789 Dump Trucks and water carts to safely meet production targets across our Surface operation at Telfer. You’ll work within a skilled and experienced team collaborating on meaningful projects where your contributions are valued.   

Responsibilities  

• Safe, efficient operation of rigid haul trucks
• Complete pre-starts and report hazards or defects immediately 
• Follow plans, instructions and traffic management rules 
• Maintain a tidy work area and support safe interactions with all teams 
• Contribute to our people-first culture and live our Winning Values 
• Help teammates, share knowledge and support a strong crew culture  

What You’ll Bring 

• Experience in mining operating the following rigid haul trucks 
• Experience operating Trucks: Caterpillar 789D, 777, 785, 773F Water Truck
• Strong safety focus and ability to speak up 
• A team mindset and reliable work ethic
