Role Details 

• Location: Telfer, Western Australia 
• Roster: 2:2, day shift and night shift
• Rate: DOE

About the Role  

You’ll work within a skilled and experienced team, operating Hitachi EX1900 EX2600 & Caterpillar 6060 excavators and other mining equipment to safely meet production targets across our Surface operation at Telfer.  

Responsibilities  

• Safe, efficient operation of large excavator equipment  
• Complete pre-starts and report hazards or defects immediately  
• Follow plans, instructions and traffic management rules  
• Maintain a tidy work area and support safe interactions with all teams  
• Contribute to our people-first culture and live our Winning Values  
• Help teammates, share knowledge and support a strong crew culture  

What You’ll Bring 

Experience operating the following excavators in a mining environment: 

Hitachi EX1900 EX2600 & Caterpillar 6060 

Strong safety focus and ability to speak up  

A team mindset and reliable work ethic
