We are currently seeking an EXPERIENCED Administrator for HSEQ & Training to join the Telfer HSEQ and Training team. This position will be on a 8:6 roster, FIFO from Perth. This role provides high level customer service and support to the HSEQT management team as well as Production Supervisors and Superintendents; ensuring that all administrative functions are of a high standard, enabling the efficient completion of Contractual obligations.
The Telfer Gold Mine is located in the Great Sandy Desert in the East Pilbara region of Western Australia and produces copper and gold. Site facilities include a gymnasium, swimming pool and recreational areas.

About you
- Previous experience in a similar role;
- Understanding of surface mining operations and prior exposure to FIFO;
- High level of computer literacy, desirable experience with Chris21, Success Factors, Incontrol (INX) and RosterON;
- Well- developed oral and written communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with multiple stakeholders across different levels;
- Demonstrating commitment to Macmahon safety culture and values; and
- Current WA C drivers licence or equivalent
