Underground Trainers - Boston Shaker

Job Description

The Macmahon Underground team are seeking an Underground Trainer to work a 2 weeks on 2 weeks roster out of Perth at our Boston Shaker underground mine located at our existing surface operation at Tropicana gold mine in Western Australia.

 


The primary focus of the role is to co-ordinate the delivery of all operational training requirements across Macmahon's Boston Shaker Operation to ensure site personnel can perform their roles in accordance with site, industry standards and Macmahon policies and procedures.


Essential Requirements:
•    Current Cert IV TAE 
•    Minimum 5 years Underground Experience
•    Basic Microsoft Office Suite knowledge 
•    Current Australian C class Driver’s License (manual)
•    Competent in operating various equipment with haul truck, loader and ancillary equipment as a minimum
•    Ability to communicate confidently and effectively with people at all levels


Desirable Requirements:
•    Recent RII Qualifications for heavy mining equipment
•    Certificate IV WHS
•    Frontline management certification/training
•    First aid certificate
