Macmahon Maintenance Masters is Macmahon’s internal field service division, providing support to Macmahon's surface and underground mining operations. The team is composed of experienced tradespeople and is suited to someone who is technically experienced, confident in their abilities and excited by the prospect of a new challenge every day. 

About the Role 
You’ll carry out repairs, servicing and diagnostics on Mobile Plant across our Underground Projects providing high-level support, troubleshooting and expertise. You’ll work alongside experienced teammates who share knowledge and support each other to get the job done safely and efficiently. 

Role Details and Benefits 
•    Location: Field Service across; Boston Shaker, KOTH, Daisy Milano, Granny Smith & Majestic
•    Roster: Choose what suits you; 3:2, 2:2, 2:1, 8:6, 7:7
•    Paid flights from Capital Cities I Field Service Utes
•    Rates: Up to $100 per hour (Fulltime & Casual Rates available)

Responsibilities  
•    Diagnostics, repairs and preventative maintenance on Mobile Earthmoving Equipment
•    Complete servicing to OEM standards and site procedures 
•    Support strong equipment availability and safe, reliable performance 
•    Speak-up and contribute to our culture; everyone home safe, every swing
•    Work closely with production and planning teams to schedule work 

What You’ll Bring 
•    Australian-recognised trade  
•    Experience with Heavy Mobile Equipment (CAT) brands or systems, ideally in Field Service Underground Mining 
•    Ability to work as part of a team and step up when needed
•    Commitment to safe work practices and job quality
