Component Rebuilds Mechanic- Transmissions

Macmahon are looking for Component Rebuilds Mechanics to join the team, rebuilding transmissions, torque convertors, and diffs at our Perth Workshop.

The Workshop undertakes a range of tasks to manage Macmahon’s fleet of equipment, as well as maintenance projects for external clients. The workshop is undercover and houses the rebuild workshop, quarantine, sandblast and paint shop, component workshop and warehouse store. 

About the role
•    Perth Airport Based I Choose between Fulltime OR Casual rates I Monday to Friday OR Alternative Roster
•    Highly competitive rates I Annual bonus I Leave/Public Holiday Loading I Super paid on all hours worked
•    Own the whole process; strip, clean, re assemble 
•    Experience fault finding, stripping, cleaning and inspection of components

About you
•    Relevant Trade Qualification
•    Experience in overhauling Transmissions, Diffs & Convertors
•    Experience overhauling CAT OHT components in accordance with OEM guidelines
•    Experience fault finding, stripping, cleaning and inspection of components
