- Roster: 7/7 or 14/14 (12-hr day and night shifts)

About the Role
Macmahon Underground is seeking motivated entry-level candidates to join our New to Industry Program and start a rewarding career in underground mining.
As an Underground Nipper & Truck Operator, you will play a vital role within the crew, supporting experienced Jumbo Operators while developing your skills in a hands-on environment.
This position is Kalgoorlie Residential ONLY, suitable candidates must reside in Kalgoorlie and be available do DIDO/BIBO to site on a daily basis.
Responsibilities
- Assist Jumbo Operators and underground crews in daily mining operations
- Operate underground trucks to safely and efficiently haul materials
- Conduct pre-start inspections and report faults or maintenance issues
- Follow strict safety procedures and site protocols at all times
- Work collaboratively within a skilled and experienced team

What You’ll Bring
- Ability to work in a physically demanding and challenging environment
- Previous experience working in a labour-intensive role
- Previous experience operating large machinery (Agricultural, Earthmoving) - Advantageous
- Strong safety focus and ability to speak up
- A team mindset and reliable work ethic
- Commitment to contributing to a positive culture
- Valid manual (C class) Australian driver’s licence - Mandatory
