Trainer - Corporate Systems (IT)
We are currently seeking an experienced SAP System Trainer to join our Perth-based Corporate Technology team, located at our Head Office at Perth Airport.
About the role
In this role you will report to Manager - Business Systems, and will be responsible for delivering practical SAP S/4HANA training to maintenance and corporate teams. The key responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Deliver system training primarily within SAP S/4HANA Asset Management / Maintenance, leveraging prior SAP maintenance experience to support effective end-to-end use.
- Develop and maintain S/4HANA training materials, including user reference guides, and prepare effective training schedules.
- Facilitate instructor-led training sessions for Macmahon users at all levels on SAP S/4HANA and related corporate technology systems, either face to face or via online delivery channels.
- Partner with stakeholders across the business to ensure training outcomes align with standard maintenance business processes, and support process improvements within scope.
- Periodic travel to Macmahon operational projects to deliver onsite training (approximately one week per month).
- Based at our Head Officer near Perth Airport on a Monday to Friday roster.
About you
To excel in this role, you will bring:
- Degree / diploma in relevant discipline or equivalent experience (5+ years).
- Extensive experience on lead-instructor delivering SAP system training.
- Prior mining industry or contracting environment experience will be desirable.
- Prior experience of SAP S/4HANA asset management or maintenance system applications (including maintenance execution and reliability-focused processed).
- Strong hands-on functional experience as SAP system key user.
- Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and organisational skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service focus, demonstrated through courteous and professional interactions with all stakeholders.
