Job Responsibilities

Join the Macmahon Underground Team as an EXPERIENCED Team Lead and be responsible for managing the delivery of recruitment and mobilisation activities across multiple sites.

About you

 

  • Proven experience as a recruitment & mobilisation team lead, across multiple sites within the mining sector is essential
  • Capability to manage volume recruitment strategies and project startups
  • Significant experience with robust internal recruitment practices for both white and blue collar positions
  • Demonstrated experience in streamlining processes and procedures and the implementation and delivery of recruitment and mobilisation performance metrics
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
  • Current C Class Drivers Licence
  • Ability to travel to remote mine sites when required
