Our Stretegic Supply Chain Team plays a key role in supporting our people and projects. You’ll work with skilled people who care about doing things the right way and contributing to our teams’ success.
About the Role
As an Inventory Specialist, you will support the delivery of accurate and compliant payroll outcomes across the business. Working as part of a collaborative team, you will engage with stakeholders to help ensure positive experience for people and projects.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory and optimise stock levels.
- Monitor movements, perform counts, and resolve discrepancies.
- Manage slow-moving, obsolete, and excess stock.
- Support planning using profiling, min/max levels, and demand analysis.
- Recommend optimisation initiatives to balance cost and service levels.
- Ensure SAP/ERP data accuracy, process updates, and conduct audits.
- Support projects, shutdowns, and supplier coordination.
- Deliver inventory KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
What You’ll Bring
- 3–5 years’ experience in inventory, supply chain, or similar.
- Background in heavy industry, mining, manufacturing, or oil & gas.
- Strong SAP (S/4HANA, RLM/Field Logistics) and advanced Excel skills.
- Solid MRO knowledge and experience with data/analytics tools.
- Diploma or degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Data Analytics, Business or Engineering (desirable).

- Location: Macmahon Head Office – Perth (Near T2)
- Roster: 5:2/Monday to Friday
