Join the Macmahon Underground Mining team as an Underground Shift Supervisor and play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating mining operations during designated shifts. This role requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of underground mining processes, with a commitment to safety.

About you

  • Demonstrated experience in an Underground Shift Supervisors role.
  • Be able to monitor your crews’ competencies and training requirements.
  • Leadership and supervisory experience in large teams.
  • WA Shift Supervisor Ticket (Essential).
  • Valid manual C Class Australian Drivers Licence (Essential).
  • Shotfirers Licence, Dangerous Good Security Card and Senior First Aid Certificate (Essential).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
  • Detailed knowledge of underground mining and safety regulations.
