Our Safety and Training Team plays a key role in supporting our people and projects. You’ll work with skilled people wo care about doing things the right way and contributing to our teams’ success.

About the Role

Support the effective implementation of HSEQT plans by providing expert coaching, leading incident investigations, and driving accountability for corrective actions. The role offers full-time FIFO opportunities with flexible, family-friendly rosters from Perth and the East Coast.

Responsibilities

• Ensure effective implementation and adherence to the HSEQT management plan.
• Provide expert coaching and guidance as a part of the site leadership team.
• Facilitate incident investigations and improved outcomes.
• Drive ownership & accountability for corrective actions management.
• Add value at the work front using your experience and training expertise.

What You’ll Bring

• Demonstrated HSEQT experience in Underground mining (desirable)
• Cert IV Work Health and Safety (Minimum) - Diploma or above (desirable).
• Cert IV in Training and Assessing (TAE40122 or equivalent).
• ICAM Lead investigator.
• Formal auditing qualifications (desirable).
• Proficient with HSEQT reporting platforms (e.g. Evotix or similar).
• Experience with learning management systems (e.g. Cloud Assess).
• Intermediate level computing skills.
• Current Australian Driver's License (Manual) and ability to pass site medical and pre-employment checks.
• Strong communication and stakeholder skills
