Safety Trainer
Join Macmahon Underground mining; a tier 1 team that is committed to excellence. We are seeking a proactive and experienced Safety / Trainer to support our underground operations and drive continuous improvement.
About the role:
• Ensure effective implementation and adherence to the HSEQT management plan.
• Provide expert coaching and guidance as a part of the site leadership team.
• Facilitate incident investigations and improved outcomes.
• Drive ownership & accountability for corrective actions management.
• Add value at the work front using your experience and training expertise.
• Various family friendly rosters available.
• FIFO from Perth & East coast (depending on project location).
• Full-time permanent positions.
About you:
• Cert IV Work Health and Safety (Minimum) - Diploma or above (desirable).
• Cert IV in Training and Assessing (TAE40122 or equivalent).
• Underground Mining experience (desirable).
• ICAM Lead investigator.
• Formal auditing qualifications (desirable).
• Proficient with HSEQT reporting platforms (e.g. Evotix or similar).
• Experience with learning management systems (e.g. Cloud Assess).
• Intermediate level computing skills.
• Current Australian Driver's License (Manual) and ability to pass site medical and pre-employment checks.
