About the Role
Join Macmahon Underground as a Project Manager and play a pivotal role in delivering high-performing underground mining operations, leading and inspiring teams to execute large-scale projects safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
This is an exciting opportunity to drive operational excellence, enhance commercial and safety performance, and deliver exceptional outcomes for both clients and the business within a leading underground mining contractor.
Responsibilities
- Lead the safe, efficient, and profitable delivery of underground mining projects, ensuring performance targets are achieved.
- Oversee contract management processes to maximise financial performance while identifying and mitigating operational risks.
- Build and maintain effective client relationships, ensuring operational activities align with contract requirements and client expectations.
- Drive compliance with all underground mining legislation, safety standards, and company policies.
- Monitor project performance, budgets, forecasts, and KPIs, implementing corrective actions where required.
- Coordinate resources, personnel, and equipment to optimise productivity and project outcomes.
