Mobilisation Officer

Job Responsibilities

Macmahon is on the lookout for a proactive and experienced Mobilisation Officer to join our Underground Mining team.

About the role

• 12-month parental leave coverage.
• Monday – Friday, based at the Perth Airport.
• Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth transitions.
• Maintain accurate mobilisation records and compliance documentation.
• Provide support to the recruitment team and the pre-employment process.
• Provide operational support to site as needed.
• Thriving top-tier underground mining contractor.

About you

• Significant experience within a fast-paced administration role.
• Experience in a Mobilisation role within mining or related industries.
• Ability to prioritise mobilisation and demobilisation needs across multiple projects.
• Maintain a high degree of confidentiality and discretion.
• Ability to communicate effectively with candidates at all levels, providing a positive candidate experience.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
• Experience with Success Factors.
