Maintenance Personnel - HD Mechanics, Auto Electricians, Drill Fitters and Boilermakers
Join the Macmahon team as an Experienced HD Mechanic, Drill Fitter or Auto Electrician and be responsible for maintaining and repairing heavy machinery and equipment used in mining operations. This role requires expertise in diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical issues to ensure the reliability and efficiency of our equipment.
About the role
FIFO from Perth
7:7 , 2:1 or 2:2 night/day rosters available
$66.14 - $73.03 per hour (dependant on experience)
7% market uplift allowance - paid quarterly
About you
- Proven experience with a variety of Heavy Earthmoving Equipment – CAT, Hitachi, Liebherr
- Proven experience with a variety of Drills including CAT, Sandvik, Atlas Copco and Epiroc highly advantageous
- Demonstrated experience with on-site repairs e.g. excavator bucket and truck tray body rebuilds
- Exceptional diagnostic and troubleshooting / interpretive skills
- Capability to read and work in accordance to drawings, schematics and work plans
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a mine site environment
- Australian recognised Trade Certificate
- Demonstrated experience with on-site repairs to light vehicles
- Ability to work independently as well as a part of the team
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Current C Class Drivers Licence
