Role Details
- Location: Established and new projects across Western Australia
- Flights: FIFO Perth or DIDO Kalgoorlie/Goldfields
- Roster: 7/7 (rotating days and nights) OR 14/14 (days and nights)
- Brand-new Sandvik fleets on site – DD422i, DL432i, DL422i - with more arriving soon

About the Role

Responsibilities
- Operate Sandvik jumbo drill rig in a safe and efficient manner
- Read and understand development designs and operational memos to guide work activities
- Carry out underground development activities, including boring and installation of ground support
- Installation various types of ground support, including split sets, resign bolts and mesh
- Contribute to all stages of the mining cycle, maintaining productivity and minimising downtime
- Provide clear and effective communication
- Contribute to our people-first culture and live our Winning Values
- Help teammates, share knowledge and support a strong crew culture
What You’ll Bring
- Minimum 2 years’ experience operating the jumbo drill rigs
- Strong safety focus and ability to speak up
- A team mindset and reliable work ethic
- Commitment to contributing to a positive culture
- Valid manual (C class) Australian drivers licence (essential)
- Dangerous Goods Security Card (highly desired)
- First Aid Certificate (highly desired)
