About the Role

 

As an Organisational Development (OD) Graduate, you will be instrumental in delivering organisational development priorities across Macmahon. You will work closely with Operating Companies (OpCo) to build inclusive, high‑performing teams and enhance the overall employee experience. Your work will directly support improved attraction, retention, and engagement outcomes, contributing to a positive and thriving workplace culture.

 

Responsibilities 

 

  • Coordinate the planning, delivery of OD programs (leadership programs & Respect initiatives).
  • Maintain program schedules, participant records, and training materials.
  • Implement and deliver initiatives that advance Macmahon’s diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) objectives including building stakeholder networks both internal and external.
  • Source and apply data to monitor the ongoing effectiveness of these activities and make adjustments to approach as required.
  • Development and delivery of follow-through actions from Macmahon’s Engagement and Pulse Check surveys.
  • Represent and champion Macmahon’s EVP internally and externally.
  • Support performance and talent initiatives including annual performance review cycle.
  • Collect and analyse program data (participation, feedback, completion rates).

 

What You’ll Bring 

 

  • Degree or postgraduate qualification in HR, OD or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to effectively engage a diverse array of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated commitment to teamwork and delivery of high-quality outcomes.
  • Proficiency in Power BI for dashboarding and reporting, strong MS Excel skills for data analysis, and familiarity with AI tools to enhance efficiency and insights are not mandatory but will be highly desirable.

  • Location: Macmahon Head Office – Perth (Near T2)
  • Roster: 5:2/Monday to Friday
