We are looking for a Graduate Engineer to start their career with us in February 2026

What You’ll Do:
• Support the maintenance and repair of heavy mining equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, haul trucks, and crushers.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and assist in the design and implementation of solutions.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest levels of equipment reliability and performance.
• Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Contribute to safety, quality, and environmental standards in all aspects of work.
What We’re Looking For:
• Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related field).
• Skills: A keen interest in mechanical systems, problem-solving, and working with large-scale machinery.
• Attributes: A proactive attitude, strong communication skills, and a desire to learn and develop.
• Experience: While previous experience is not required, any exposure to mechanical or mining equipment is a plus.
