Macmahon has an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Advisor to join the team in Perth on a part-time basis – 20 hours per week. This role would suit an established recruiter with mining maintenance experience.
The Perth office is strategically located at the Airport (T1/T2) and boasts an impressive staff gym with personal and group training, free secure undercover parking, and electric vehicle charging stations.
Responsibilities
- End to end recruitment
- Sourcing passive and active candidates
- Building talent pools
- Partnering with the hiring managers to provide recruitment solutions
- Coordination of pre employment checks
- Commitment to the candidate experience
- Reporting on vacancies and activities
Qualifications and attributes
- Experience recruiting for mining maintenance roles – preferred
- Experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment
- Mobilisation / Recruitment administration experience
- Success Factors experience – not essential
- Strong communication skills and high level of discretion
- Enjoys working autonomously
