About the role

As our People Inclusion & Experience Advisor, you will be the driving force behind initiatives that foster belonging, equity, and engagement across our organisation. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Partner with leaders and People Representatives across organisation on the development and delivery of activities to promote workforce diversity and employee experience.
  • Build and maintain a network of internal and external stakeholders to drive Macmahon’s diversity and inclusion objectives.
  • Facilitate the delivery of Macmahon’s First Nations employment pathway.
  • Support the establishment, maintenance and ongoing sustainability of employee resource groups (ERG).
  • Lead the delivery of Company's Engagement and Pulse Check surveys.
  • Leads the data collection of Macmahon’s internal and external reporting requirements.
  • Contributes to the accurate management of Macmahon’ people data, including the use of SuccessFactors and other relevant systems.
  • Supports delivery of performance and talent activities, including the annual performance review cycle and leadership development program.
  • Monday to Friday, based at the WAC office. Ideally at the Perth Head Office, though Melbourne or Brisbane will also be considered.

 

About you

  • Bachelor’s degree or postgraduate qualification in Human Resources, Organisational Development or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-4 years experience working as part of a Human Resources team, with considerable experience in Diversity and Inclusion and Employee Engagement
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to effectively engage a diverse array of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial acumen and data analysis skills.
