The Macmahon WAC Head Office is located near Perth International Airport, T2. The WAC Head Office hosts Macmahon’s centralised support services and operates as the centre of gravity for the wider Australian business. 

Macmahon is seeking an experienced Data Entry Officer to join the Finance team on a minimum 6-month fixed term contract working full-time hours for the duration of the contract. The Data Entry Officer’s primary focus is to provide comprehensive administrative and organisational support to the Accounts Payable Department.

Key accountabilities of the role include but are not limited to:

  • Data entry of supplier invoices
  • Scanning and emailing of invoices
  • Attending to invoice queries
  • Assisting Accounts Payable Clerks with data entry, filing etc
  • Ensuring that all invoices received either by mail, email or fax are distributed in a timely manner.
