Administrator - Catalogue

Macmahon is accepting applications for the role of Catalogue Administrator to join our Perth based Supply Team. This is a permanent full-time position based at our Head Office near the Perth Airport T1/T2 terminals.


The role focus


  • System catalogue management 
  • Reporting
  • Vendor administration and governance
  • Receipting and invoice coding/processing


The ideal candidate 


  • 5 years + in Procurement and Supply Chain 
  • Experience in Mining and Construction Industry
  • Solid Experience with ERP system SAP 
  • Advanced Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint skills
  • Impeccable Attention to detail
  • Strong organisational ability
  • Negotiation / conflict resolution skills & experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication 
  • Ability to influence correct procurement practices across MAH group
  • Strong time management ability
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Strong analytical skills / trouble shooting
  • High level commercial acumen
