Join the Nifty team as an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our Maintenance team at the Nifty Copper Project. Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, you will lead a small crew to deliver safe, reliable and efficient electrical maintenance across site.
In this hands‑on leadership role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, maximising equipment availability, and driving continuous improvement. You’ll provide visible leadership, mentoring and coaching to your team while supporting the Company’s business objectives.

About you
- Trade‑qualified HV Electrician with statutory supervisor competency
- HV Switching ticket required
- Strong knowledge of Australian standards and statutory compliance
- Proven experience in gas power plants and turbines
- Senior First Aid (including LVR & CPR)
- Ability to lead a safe, productive and cost‑effective workforce
- Experience with fault finding gas turbines, control valves, PLC and DCS systems.\
- Current Drivers Licence.
