About the Role
Join the Macmahon Underground team as a Site Administrator at Mt Carlton, supporting the underground project. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering an excellent experience for project leaders by providing efficient, high-level administrative support on site.
Responsibilities
- Provide efficient administrative support to the site operations, including data entry, reporting and document control
- Coordinate onboarding requirements for new starters, ensuring compliance and booking flights
- Delivering administrative support to the project leadership team when required
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to continuous improvement
What You’ll Bring
- Previous onsite administration experience
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills
- Previous experience with SAP and Operational Data Entry
- Experience in payroll and booking flights
- Proven experience managing a varied workload
