About the Role
With a commencement date of November 2026 and reporting to the Maintenance Planner, you will support the safe and efficient operation of the Macmahon Project. You will be responsible for the receipt and verification of incoming goods, as well as the timely preparation and dispatch of materials to site. This role requires a strong focus on safety, accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with all site procedures and operational requirements.

Responsibilities
- Ensure freight travels consistently to ensure a reliable supply chain to site
- Facilitate freight preparation and collection schedule
- Manage freight requests
- Archiving
- Speak-up and contribute to our culture; everyone home safe, every swing
What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within mine site environment
- Ability to work as part of a team and step up when needed
- Commitment to safe work practices and job quality
- Commitment to safety, respect and doing things the right way
- Current C Class Drivers Licence
- Standard 11 and Coal Board Medical preferred, though not essential
