About the Role
Supervise and mentor our maintenance teams as they carry out, servicing and diagnostics on various surface mobile equipment across our Project. You’ll work alongside experienced teammates who share knowledge and support each other to get the job done safely and efficiently.

• Lead daily performance: safety, plan compliance, cost and quality
• Set clear expectations: guide, develop and recognise your team
• Own schedules, resources and interfaces with contractors/suppliers
• Drive reliability and continuous improvement
• Foster a speak-up culture where everyone is respected
