MLO Administrator - Maintenance

Due to our ongoing growth, Macmahon are currently seeking enthusiastic and experienced people to join the team at the "King of the Hills” mine located in the Eastern Goldfields of Western Australia 28km north of Leonora. Macmahon have secured a 5-year Surface and Underground mining contract with RED 5 ltd, the mine will have annual production above 200kozpa, King of the Hills is Australia’s next major Gold Mine which will feature State-of-the-Art Technology 85% new plant and brand-new camp facilities.

We are currently seeking an experienced, dynamic MLO Maintenance Administrators to provide high level support on an 8:6 Roster.  The role of the Maintenance Administrator on the King of The Hill Mine Project is to support the department managers with procurement, logistics and data entry, while maintaining a healthy & safe working environment.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to
•    Assist the Maintenance Department with administrative duties.
•    Comply with incident management procedures ensuring reporting and investigation timeframes are achieved.
•    Identify risks and hazards within working environment
•    Recognising and recording defects 
•    Additional data entry required from the Maintenance team 
•    Support the development and compliance to the annual Maintenance budget
•    Assist in acquiring parts both on and offsite in line with breakdown work orders
•    Completion of oil samples ensuring information is correct 
•    Ensure shift log is in line with uptime/downtime and data base related to breakdown in work orders

To be successful you will have the following skills and experience
•    Strong Microsoft Office operation skills (Excel, Word, Power Point)
•    Experience supporting Production, Maintenance and Safety departments
•    Some previous experience in CHEOPS, SAP
•    Excellent time management and organisational skills
•    High attention to detail
•    Ability to communicate at all levels
•    Highly experienced at prioritising tasks
•    Proven experience managing a varied workload
•    2 years or more experience in a similar role
