We are currently seeking an experienced, dynamic Site Administrator for the King of the Hills mine to provide high level support to project and be responsible for data entry of daily production reports and labour hours, assisting with on-boarding process for new starters & assisting with HR/ Payroll and Accounts Payable duties as required.

  • Full Time Permanent

 

About you

  • Strong Microsoft Office operation skills
  • Experience supporting Production, Maintenance and Safety departments
  • Some previous experience in Insite/Inflight/Chris21/Roster On
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate at all levels
  • Highly experienced at prioritising tasks
  • Proven experience managing a varied workload
  • Previous exposure to site-based administration
