Underground Shotcrete Nozzleman
Join Macmahon’s Underground Mining team as an experienced Shotcrete Nozzleman, where you will play a critical role in applying shotcrete to enhance ground stability and overall site safety.
About the Role:
- Even Time Roster
- FIFO from Perth
- Great Camp Facilities
- Operate Normet shotcrete machine safely and proficiently
- Spray fibrecrete to specified thickness as per Procedures and Ground Support Standards
- Undertake Quality Control of works including sampling and thickness scanning
- Complete pre-start checks and report faults
- Complete workplace inspections and identify and rectify hazards
- Complete detailed end of shift handovers and paperwork
About the you:
- Previous experience as a shotcrete nozzleman
- ability to operate shotcrete spraying equipment in underground environments
- Ability to apply shotcrete efficiently to support and strengthen underground structures
- Maintain equipment to keep operations running.
- Previous experience in underground mining.
- Ability to pass pre employment checks
- Unrestricted Manual driving licence, Working at Heights, Dangerous Goods, scaling and IT Tickets required.
