About the Role  

Lead the Maintenance crew to safely deliver plan, performance and quality across Greenbushes. Work closely with operations, maintenance and HSEQT to drive standards and support your people.  

Responsibilities  

• Lead daily performance: safety, plan compliance, cost and quality  
• Set clear expectations: guide, develop and recognise your team 
• Own schedules, resources and interfaces with contractors/suppliers 
• Drive reliability and continuous improvement  
• Foster a speak-up culture where everyone is respected  

What You’ll Bring 

• Leadership experience in mining 
• Ability to build trust, set standards and make clear decisions  
• Strong planning, problem-solving and stakeholder skills 
• Commitment to safe, high-quality delivery 
• S26 Qualification
