Job Responsibilities

Join the Greenbushes team as an EXPERIENCED Store person and be responsible for maintaining high level of housekeeping in the site warehouse and associated yard, interpreting maintenance parts and mine site consumables, Loading and unloading of parts and consumables for inbound and outbound freight & issuing, returning and data entering of stock within the Inventory Management System (IMS) and more!

 

About the role

 

  • DIDO from Perth
  • 7:7 roster
  • Project Location: Greenbushes approximately 250 km south of Perth and 90 km southeast of Bunbury in the south-west of Western Australia. 

 

Roles and Responsibilities not limited to:

 

  • Maintaining accurate records of all inventory transactions and stock levels
  • Loading and unloading of parts and consumables for inbound and outbound freight
  • Issuing, returning and data entering of stock within the Inventory Management System
  • Undertaking regular stock takes and stock level adjustments
  • Ensuring storage and care of all inventories in a safe and efficient manner
  • Investigating inventory discrepancies and documenting stock transfers, returns etc 

 


About you:

 

  • Previous stores/ inventory management experience within a mining or heavy industrial environment
  • Current forklift ticket
  • Strong computer skills
  • Ability to interpret maintenance parts as well as knowledge of other mine site consumables will be well regarded
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar role
  • Australian Manual Drivers Licence.
