About the Role  

The Site Supervisor is responsible to safely deliver plan, performance, and quality across our project. This role requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of underground mining processes, with a commitment to safety. 

Role Details 

• Location: Goldfield’s region, WA.
• Roster: 2:2 (Days Only).
• Cablebolting Contract – Two (2) x DS422i Rigs.
• Small Team Environment – Supervising Operators and Fitters.

Responsibilities  

• Ensure mining activities comply with legislation, site standards, and procedures.
• Lead daily performance: safety, plan compliance, cost and quality.
• Set clear expectations: guide, develop and recognise your team.
• Own schedules, resources and interfaces with contractors/suppliers.
• Drive reliability and continuous improvement.
• Foster a speak-up culture where everyone is respected.

What You’ll Bring  

• Experience in a Site Supervisor role.
• Maintenance background with Cablebolting experience preferred.
• Ability to monitor crew competency and training requirements.
• Proven leadership and supervisory experience in small teams.
• Record of Examination - Statutory Supervisor (Essential).
• WHS Units BSBWHS411 and BSBWHS414 (or equivalent RIIRIS402E) (Essential).
• Willingness to be appointed as Statutory Supervisor for the on-site workshop (Essential).
• Current Manual C Class Australian Driver's Licence (Essential).
• Senior First Aid Certificate (Desirable, not Essential).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sound knowledge of underground mining and safety regulations, ideally with Cablebolting and/or Longhole rig experience.
