HD Fitter
Macmahon are looking for Underground HD Fitters to join our Deflector project on a 2/2 roster.
About the Position:
• Rate ranges between $66.14 and $84.80 per hour depending on experience
• Roster on offer is 2:2
• Excellent working facilities - brand new 8 bay workshop recently built with 10ton overhead crane and pit
• Only 1.6km drive from camp to site
• FIFO ex Perth or DIDO ex Geraldton
• Excellent camp with brand new driving & golf simulators
• Brand new gym
• Permanent, long-term opportunity with 4 weeks annual leave per year

Skills & Experience Required:
• Australian Recognised Trade Certificate
• Current C Class Driver’s Licence (minimum)
• Proven experience in the repairs and maintenance of heavy earthmoving equipment underground
• Diagnostic fault finding on mechanical systems
• Maintain maintenance data on a daily basis
• Sound planning and organisational skills

• Bogger; Sandvik 517 & Cat 2900
• Tele-Remote Bogger; Sandvik 514 & 3074 (remotes)
• Long Hole Drills; Sadvik DL431 & Sandvik DL331
• Loaders; Volvo IT’s – L60 to L120
• Trucks; Epiroc 6020, MT54, MT65
As a part of the recruitment process for this role you are required to complete a pre-employment medical, inclusive of drug and alcohol screening and completion of criminal history and qualification checks.
