Macmahon is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to join our Byerwen site team. You will effectively lead the Maintenance Department strategies, planning, and
asset management. You will ensure plant and maintenance responsibilities meet project requirements by effectively engaging and building high performing culture and teams. Aligning with our Macmahon values (Unity, Integrity, Pride, Courage) we look forward to you commencing your career.

About the Role:
Manage the maintenance of project assets to achieve contractual obligations.
Monitor compliance to the agreed project plan and Macmahon business processes to achieve project production, maintenance, financial and safety targets.
Ensure all project personnel operate safely and comply with all acts, regulations, laws and client requirements.
Manage project stakeholders, communication to promote knowledge sharing and technical data updates.
Ensure the project is adequately resourced in line with the contract.
Adhere to compliance with the Coal Mining Act and regulations.
About you:
Minimum five years Senior Maintenance or Engineering Management positions (Mining and Resources Industry) - Trade Certificate / Engineering qualification
Demonstrated knowledge of maintenance principles, practical application and techniques relevant to mineral processing and open pit mining equipment
The use and optimisation as a management tool of Enterprise Resource Planning systems (ERP) and/or Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
Successful involvement with maintenance contact management (Mining and Heavy Engineering Industry)
Detailed knowledge of mining and safety regulations
Sound mechanical knowledge and understanding of equipment and capabilities, maintenance scheduling and preventative maintenance methods
