About the Role
- Respond to internal and external enquiries, manage and direct incoming calls, process mail, and provide professional first‑point customer service.
- Complete data entry in SuccessFactors and the site training and control systems.
- Maintain accurate site records and extract data to produce reports within required timeframes.
- Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, contributing to a respectful, collaborative, and inclusive workplace.
- Share knowledge and teach work skills to other employees where competent and authorised to do so.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- Proven experience providing administrative support with a strong customer service focus.
- Well developed communication skills and the ability to liaise confidently with site personnel and management.
- Competent Microsoft Office skills across the full suite of applications.
- Excellent time management and organisational capability, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
