It is an exciting time to join the Queensland Recruitment Team at Macmahon!
Our Recruitment Advisors are crucial in sourcing and hiring top talent. They work with hiring leaders to understand staffing needs, develop sourcing campaigns, and ensure a smooth candidate experience. Your recruitment expertise and ability to build strong relationships will be key to success in this role. This is a maximum term role, that could become permanent for the right person.
About the role
- Based in the Brisbane City Office - a short 2-minute walk from central station.
- Primarily recruiting operations employees at our largest Australian site.
- Office-based hours, Monday to Friday.
- Permanent full-time opportunity.

- Working alongside a team of Recruitment and People Operations professionals reporting to the People Superintendent.
About you
- Proven experience as a recruiter in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Knowledge of the resources industry, in particular mining and maintenance, would be advantageous.
- Solid understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Strong time management and attention to detail is required in our agile environment.
- An ability to work independently on an assigned portfolio but also as a collaborative team member.
- Proficient in the use of SuccessFactors, would be useful, but training can be provided.

Recruitment process
