Supervisor - Shift

Job Responsibilities

Join the Tropicana team as an Underground Shift Supervisor and play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating mining operations during designated shifts. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of underground mining processes, and a commitment to safety.

About the role

• FIFO from Perth
• 2:2 day/night roster 

About you

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in an Underground Shift Supervisors role.
• Be able to monitor your crews competencies and training requirements.
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience in large teams.
• MUST hold a WA Shift Supervisor Ticket. 
• Have a high level of communication skills. 
• Hold a Shotfirers ticket and DGSC.
• Senor First Aid certificate.
• Ability to work independently as well as a part of the team.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills.
• Current C Class Drivers Licence.
