The team is composed of experienced tradespeople and is suited to someone who is technically experienced, confident in their abilities and excited by the prospect of a new challenge every day!

About the role
•    FIFO from Perth – 8:6 or 2:2 rosters
•    $80 - 93 per hour (permanent & casual rates available to suit you)
•    Boston Shaker mine site
•    Annual loyalty bonus


About you
•    1 – 2 years experience in a similar role 
•    Demonstrated Technical experience on Sandvik Drills, Sandvik LH621i Boggers, CAT R2900G Boggers, TH663i Trucks, CAT & Volvo Support Equipment 
•    Good decision-making skills, ability to prioritise work and multitask  
•    Experience leading, coaching and developing tradespersons technical skills & abilities 
•    Safety focused, excellent attitude & interpersonal skills
•    Computer literacy – Basic MS Office 
•    SAP 4HANA / Other CMMS experience – Desirable 
•    S26 / Leadership / Frontline Management – Desirable
