Macmahon are currently seeking a dynamic Underground Maintenance Administrator to join the Perth Head office team based near the Perth International Airport. Hours of work will be Monday - Friday, hours will depend on operational requirements and reporting into the Underground Plant Manager.

Key functions of this role include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to successfully manage fluctuating workloads and prioritise accordingly
  • Highly developed communication skills (interpersonal, written and verbal)
  • Data entry and maintenance of various site records and data extraction to produce reports, in line with scheduled timeframes
  • Organise service providers for office equipment as required
  • Raise requisitions for parts as required for the payment of supplies and/or services;
  • Obtain quotes from online services via phone / e-mail.
  • Perform Mainpac replenishment stock process
  • Maintain an efficient and up to date filing and archiving system;
  • Attend and participate in project /site meetings, if required, providing administrative support with the production of agendas, and minutes including the preparation of supplementary meeting documents
  • Provide administration support to the Underground Plant team
  • Update meeting minutes from weekly plant meetings
  • Provide support during half yearly & yearly stock takes, may require site travel.
  • After hours site support for (urgent) orders.
