Are you looking for a challenging position with an expanding company? Our team values your support role as an important part of our growth.

Macmahon is currently seeking a Site Support Planner to join the Macmahon team. You will divide your time between our corporate office in Perth and various mine sites around Australia, covering annual leave and working on improvement projects. This role requires a lot of travelling so you must be flexible. You will report to our Reliability Manager.

Key accountabilities of this role include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Providing annual leave coverage to site for Scheduling, Planning and Reliability roles
  • Reviewing existing planning practices on site to ensure compliance to company procedure
  • Identifying areas for improvement in existing processes
  • Establishing work priorities and coordinating plant maintenance
  • Assisting with the standardization of planning and reliability KPI structures

To be successful in this role you will require:

  • Mechanical trade qualification or similar
  • Minimum 5yrs experience in Scheduling, Planning or Reliability roles
  • Strong understanding of CMMS structures
  • Experience in process development and auditing
  • Experience with MS Excel and Project.
  • Positive attitude towards safety

This position would suit an experienced planner or reliability analyst who is looking for a challenge and a change from the standard working structure. The role will involve time spent both on site and Perth so you will need to be able to work unsupervised and demonstrate a strong work ethic. In return you will be well remunerated based on experience and have the opportunity to be an integral part of a growing central planning team.

The successful applicant will be required to pass a medical and drug and alcohol test along with obtaining a National Police Clearance.
